The Palo Verde Wellness Mission
What We Believe
We believe that addiction treatment should be the first step on a journey to total wellness. We define wellness as a state of complete physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, characterized by health, happiness, and prosperity. Our holistic approach recognizes that healing the spirit is critical to providing lasting and complete recovery. To that end, we wholeheartedly believe wellness coaching is the future of behavioral healthcare. It is also integral to reclaiming your life.
The team at Palo Verde Wellness believes that our successful program should be fun, educational, and inspirational. We love the clients we treat and we are committed to helping them heal.

Our Approach to Long-Term Recovery
Our approach to healing is unique. We have developed a therapeutic atmosphere so that each person has the tools to recover at Palo Verde Wellness. Our treatment location is where our partial hospitalization program and intensive outpatient program are held. Our intimate treatment center is designed with a low staff-to-patient ratio, so you will feel like our team hears and sees you where you are.
Whether you live in our sober living residence or at home, you have the opportunity to attend outings with other people in our program. These outings connect you with nature and to the other people in treatment. Our outings are a great way to build your support network.
Therapeutic Options Available at Palo Verde Wellness
We are committed to the care and support of our clients. To that end, we have developed a treatment program that addresses every facet of life that addiction touches, tailored to the needs of the individuals we treat. For instance, we know that those who suffer from addiction often have difficulty being able to eat and exercise properly. This can lead to a range of mental and spiritual imbalances. To help support our client’s recovery, we have a certified holistic health expert available to our clients. The clinician takes the time to work with you and evaluate your overall health. We then develop a plan that will allow you to heal. We also offer a range of additional therapeutic services, including:
- Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR)
- Trauma therapy
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)
- Dialetical behavior therapy (DBT)
- Sound bath therapy
- Conscious recovery
- Wellbriety teachings
Our team is here to motivate you towards long-term recovery. All you have to do is reach out.
